Its Tuesday and that means its time for another challenge over at Top Tip Tuesday. This fortnights theme is 'paper piecing'.
Our sponsors this fortnight are Stamp and Create
However we were able to use any image we wanted so I used the extra fun Cute-a-sauras from ArtbyMiran
Tip: To help add depth, don't be afraid to use your colouring medium to help add a bit of shade over the paper pieced areas :)
It is a one layer card with a large spotted DP for the base. I stamped the sentiments straight onto the DP and outlined the top sentient with pink stickles. So that the background didn't look to plain, I added some fun and colourful splats to go with the fun dino image :)
Her hat and outfit are paper pieced, but also shaded a little with Promarkers :)
There was still something needed on the right of the card, so I popped on a couple of strips of matching pink ribbon.
