CHOCOLATE, COFFEE &CARDS CHALLENGES #69 - SUMMER DAYS

Today is my post for Chocolate, Coffee and Cards and our sponsor this fortnight is the quirky Eureka Stamps

The theme for this challenge is 'Summer Days' and I'm sure you will all be feeling in a summery mood, with all this sunshine we've been having (well in the UK anyway :p )

To join us for this challenge and to find all the details please visit us HERE.

The image I used for my card is Garden Square. A nice summery scene

I have coloured it with Promarkers. The paper is a digi paper printed and cut to the sizes i need, except for the insert which i created and the flower, which was made from paper in my stash :)

I picked a butterfly paper, as these typical make me think of summer, plus they pulled in with the image well too. I also cut out a few of the butterflies to add into the top left corner as a little feature.

The actual template for this card was in fact from the silhouette store, just amended slightly for how I waned to use it. I think its called a lever card? Please correct me someone if I'm wrong ;p

I really hope you come visit us at CC&CC and play along with our challenge, I can't wait to see everyone's creations. Don't forget to check out the rest of the DT's cards.
