LOVE TO SCRAP GDT -CHL #33 - ANYTHING GOES

At the start of June, I was delightedly contacted by the lovely Leslie from Loves to scrap Challenges and offered a guest design spot for the month of July, so who was I to refuse ;p

So here's my first creation to share with you all.

The theme for this challenge is a nice and easy one 'Anything Goes' - So no excuse for not entering ;p

The wonderful sponsors are :

(A prize of $12 gift certificate)
(A Prize of 5 images)

I decided to do something a little different and so created this very pretty little card, that comes neatly tied with a ribbon. This is it before it is opened, it is smothered in glitter and clear embossed too, so is very shiny and sparkly.

I have also made this cute little stand to go with the card, so that when it is open, it can easily be displayed. The image is coloured with Promarkers and distress inks and I co-ordinated the fairy's wings with her little butterfly friend ;p

I popped a sentiment on one of the sides

This is the back, so still plenty of room for a birthday message :)

Don't forget to check out the blog for more amazing DT inspiration.

Thanks for popping in :)

    1. Thank you Karen. The lacey pieces are all one layer and then the image which was printed on a separate sheet was stuck on over the centre panel :) xx
