I also managed to put the finishing touches to my sister in laws card from us (still need to do the one from the girls) Here it is.....(Apologies for some of the photos as they look a bit too shiny with the flash!)
I used the cute digi stamp Wryn Birthday Girl, coloured with Promarkers, with some embossing on some of the presents to create a nice shine (hard to see in photos). I also used a heart patterned clear stamp and a flower clear stamp, to stamp the patterns onto her presents.
As you can see Wryn's presents started off plain and with the use of the stamp on the right (and another), I started to add patterns, so the wrapping paper was a little different.

I also created my own backgrounds for this project. I had the colours I wanted to use, but they needed a little something! I decided that they needed something to make them a little more birthday like......What better than cupcakes and candles! I started with a piece of green mottled card and red textured (lines) card.
I used two clear stamps from one of my Kanban stamp sets, some Versamark ink, stamped the images randomly onto the card stock and added clear embossing powder
This created my subtle, unique and very birthday like backgrounds. It also meant I had become
eligible for Flourishes Boutique's background challenge, as I had created my own :)

Created a Birthday sentiment tag, using the free sentiment that comes with Wryn and then pieced everything together.

This is gorgeous. I love the sweet image and the way you added the patterns to her presents looks fabulous. The stamping on the backing papers looks brilliant too.
