Hey everyone, how are you all? All ready for the big day tomorrow? I can't wait :) I have lots of cooking to do as we have family over, but I love Christmas, especially seeing peoples faces with the surprises Santa brings :) Whatever you are doing tomorrow, I wish you all a very happy Christmas xx
Anyway back to the reason for my post :P Its challenge time at TTT and the challenge this fortnight was set by Samantha and is 'Christmas Party'
We are very lucky to have two excellent sponsors this week! One is the fabulous Bugaboo who are offering 7 digis to a lucky winner and the other is the fantastic Heather Ellis, who is offering 3 images of the winners choice.
Tip - You don't have to have expensive designer paper pads or piles of pre-brought paper for your matting and layering. You can now easily use digi papers (with a printer and ink of course :) Meaning you can always have just the right colour or size when you want it and what's more you don't need to print out whole sheets of the paper if you only want one small bit, just print out one small bit!
I coloured this cute little fella using Promarkers. His bauble was embossed with red and holographic (for the shiny patch) embossing glitter. It looks soooo glittery and sparkly in real, you can see the glitter in the photo, but you can't see the real shine it has, it truly sparkles.
He was matted on black and red papers. I then used the Frosty digi papers to make two small sections of contrasting colours of the same paper. The sentiment was in my Christmas stash, I think the font is aptly called 'frosty' :)
This was edged with fired brick distress ink and unlike the digi papers that were glued flat, the sentiment was raised up on 3D foam pads.
I hope you like him :)
