Today I'm sharing a creation for Visible Image Stamps.
For this card I have used a number of different stamps - For the focal sentiment I have used Live the Life
The base layer is a piece of white card, coloured with inks then dry embossed. I then added guilding flakes to random parts of the embossing.
The top layer has the focal sentiment and is coloured with distress inks, it has then been bordered using 'parts' of a few stamps, showing just how versatile stamps can be and that you don't always have to use them in the way you would expect.
In the corners I have stamped using Retro dots background, once with Versamark and white embossing powder and then again with Peacock Feather distress ink. Also using the stamp clean, I wet it, and then randomly stamped it over the ink covered background and then gently dabbed it off with some kitchen towel, this then lifted some of the colour and left the faded areas of the dots you can see.

I used parts of Winter Tree to stamp off the edge and then used guilding flakes to give it a really rich feel.
The fence stamp in the Isabella lost love, with peanut butter ink, created the corners, I then used it again with white embossing powder down the sides and again like the retro dots, I wet it and stamped randomly lifting colour as I went!
The two layers were mounted together and the card was finished. It didn't photograph great for some reason, but looked really rich and luxurious when finished :)
