Yay, I finally get to share my very exciting and very humbling news with you all :)
A little while ago I was asked how I felt about being a 'colourist' and being such a newbie, I had to ask - What is a 'colourist' hehe.
A colourist is basically someone who colours an image for use as a digital preview to advertise or display a product. It requires no creation to made, just the image coloured in, in the most suitable colours (no glitter etc either ;p)
Well this is perfect I thought, my favourite thing to do and I don't have to worry about the bits I struggle with (Like creating the rest of a card hehe). Plus the thought of knowing, anyone visting the online stores stocking the images will get to see my work...WOW...
I was so nervous and I really still am not that confident with my colouring (getting there though) but in the end I thought what have I got to lose - Apart from them hating what I colour and crying myself to sleep over it!! Hehe
But everyone has been so supportive and Janice who owns Scrappers Delights, has been wonderful and really helped put my mind at rest. The images she produces are fantastic and wowie you should take a look at some of her digital scenes/pictures she has created.
I love the previews she has made with my first two images and they are for her brand new release, available from today :) Here are the previews and a link to the wonderful digi images in the store:

I still can't believe the feedback I am getting for my colouring and truly want to thank each and every one of you, for your wonderful support, comments and encouragement. I will hopefully keep improving, but without you all I wouldn't of had the confidence to say yes and start down this new and exciting path :)
Scrappers Delights also have an amazing new look website and don't forget to check out the fantastic special on offer for this month too ;p
Big big hugs to all
